Do I need to pay a fare to use MFM On Demand Service?
No Because this is a not a transit bus, however everyone requires a MFM Bus Pass to board. If you do not have one a Driver can sign you up right away.
How do I book The MFM On Demand service?
You must book 24 hours before the service day one of the three ways:
1. Call our MFM customer service line at: 825-436-****
2. Email us at: [email protected]
3. Fill out the My MFM On Demand form at the bottom of the page.
Information required for all 3 ways are your full name, service address, phone number, email address, and bus pass number.
How do I report a problem?
Your compliments or concerns can be reported directly to the MFM On Demand customer service department via email at [email protected], or by phoning the call centre at 825-436-****
How come the MFM driver drove by my stop without stopping for me?
Every MFM bus is assigned to stops in a specific order. To maintain estimated arrival times, drivers will follow instructions provided to them by the MFM On Demand customer service department.
Are there delivery charges or minimum purchase amount required?
No delivery fees, However we request that the minimum purchase amount be $30.00 in order to be able to help pay for fuel costs.
How long will I have to wait for a bus?
Shoppers will be provided with an estimated time of arrival. Please note that there is a 15-minute window for stops so be sure to be ready before the beginning of the service window because the bus can’t wait.
Can I book service for my work?
Yes, as long as your work is within the service area.
My neighbor wants to check it out or shop can they?
Yes, they can meet the bus when it arrives at your stop. Keep in mind anyone who boards the bus must have a MFM Bus Pass if they do not have one ask the driver, and they can issue one right away.
How do I cancel service?
We know stuff happens. Once the service has been entered into the system you will have to call customer service to cancel at: 825-436-**** Be sure to cancel service at least 45 mins prior ETA.
What is your no-show, cancellation policy?
Accounts will be reviewed based on:
If the issue continues, Mobile Farmers Market may suspend the bus pass and all services associated.
Can I bring pets on the vehicle?

- No-showing three or more times in your last 10 consecutive booked services
- High late cancellation rate (cancelling less than 20 minutes prior to boarding)
- Cancelling three or more times in your last 10 consecutive booked services

Can I bring pets on the vehicle?
- Service animals do not need to be in a carrier, but should have an appropriate harness and or leash.
