​All sales will be face to face with your driver on your regularly scheduled service. 
Orders must be submitted by 1:00 pm the day before your regular scheduled service.
​If you are not on schedule we will contact you with a delivery day to your home. We will call you upon delivery.

Methods of payment:
Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Debit Tap, Visa Tap, Mastercard Tap, Android Pay, Apple Pay.
​Note; Drivers do not carry change, so if payment is made in cash exact change is required. Tipping - not required.

Fresh Express Garden Market - note:  "Substitutions" - select one "yes, or no." We always default to "yes" if nothing has been selected. Example: if you select yellow potatoes, and we only have red potatoes in stock we will select red potatoes for your order.  If you select "no" then no substitutions will happen, and if we do not have the specific item in stock your order will be shorted. Be aware our selection will change from week to week. Orders may be subject to a delivery charge if minimum order amount is not met. Our Meat is: Pure foods. No fillers, No additives,  No chemicals, Proudly Alberta, Free Range, Grass Fed, Zero Pump, Natural smoke (if applicable).

What does this mean to you? It means more savings because we are able to shop around to find you the best deals in the marketplace that are within season - commonly purchased items. Because we are buying for a group, we are able to offer very close to wholesale pricing. If you are looking for savings you will love this. With the freshness of the Fresh Express, and even more savings in your wallet you will want to buy more Luckii Bags for everyone! Simply choose one of the packages, and enjoy! Currently there are no delivery charges on Luckii Bags. Luckii Bags are Random, Absolutely no substitutions, All sales are final.

Wholesale - You will note there are no prices listed. The reason is because we hunt around for the best possible price so pricing will fluctuate, in this current landscape pricing changes within days. We refer to wholesale pricing as MV, or market value. To ensure the best price, and quality our wholesale orders are a week out as our trucks are on the road. Our wholesale orders are on the truck loaded on Tuesdays to be Enroute back to our warehouses for the following Tuesday. Our warehouses are cleared out every week to ensure nothing but the freshest product. We can do an express service but note product may suffer in quality, as well as pricing may be higher, shorts are more likely.

For free delivery Minimum order is $750.00 within Edmonton, $1000.00 Red Deer, Calgary and area.
If delivery minimums are not met you may be subject to a delivery charge. Delivery to other regions of Canada may be subject to a delivery cost this is based on the carrier. Currently we do not allow for customers to pick up their orders due to COVID.  Please include you phone number, and email address as we will confirm your order prior to shipping. We may ask for payment prior to shipping. Shorts happen from time to time although we try to minimize this, it is a reality in the food world. If the product is not in your order you will not be billed. 

We try to always source local first. However there are certain things that may prevent this from happening, the season, weather, growing conditions, pricing, or simply some items may not grown within Canada. For these items they may come in from other regions on the globe. For these items they do come from co-operatives that are owned by local farmers, and producers, so the bulk of the monies are staying here at home. 

Just like the Fresh Express Farmers Market, The Fresh Express Wholesale proudly donates a portion of sales to help local charities throughout the year.  

If your needs are not only fresh produce. We have also partnered with Pepsi, Old Dutch, and Red Bull. These items will eventually be added to our list but currently ask if you wish to know more. Deals can also be made with our sister company "Outdoor Man" for fishing gear. If you are in need of medical supplies or PPE our sister company "FE Medical Supplies" may have what you are looking for.

Delivery - We currently service Edmonton, and the greater area. If we deliver outside of these areas order minimums must be met, and or delivery charges may fluctuate based on distance and fuel consumption.

C.A. Farms - Is a group of Alberta Farmers with Vegetables that have been grown locally are usually sold within a day of being picked. That means these local vegetables get to your kitchen much faster than imported vegetables. As a result, the less time it takes for vegetables to travel the fresher the produce will be, the fresher the food the longer shelf life it will have and ultimately the more delicious it will taste!
